Raining Words.
Dark grey clouds hangs over your head but the invisible string which is usually tied to your jacket did not exist. You are not attached to the gravity that the clouds has upon you, but still, you do not budge. You stay. Stagnant. Waiting for the clouds to get darker, heavier, and finally the downpour. Ironically, you anticipate with full knowing that you'd be drenched. Maybe you were tired of moving away. Maybe subconsciously, you think that the invisible string still exist. Maybe, you just needed to be soaked. Or maybe, it's all of the above. Your legs are tired from trampling over the thoughts in your mind repeatedly. Your heart is convinced that no matter what happens, you wouldn't be able to fight the law of gravity. And your soul needs to be flooded, for the times of draught it has been experiencing. And so, it happens. Then what?
We are often tired. Be it, physically or emotionally. Either way, we are human. But sometimes, we think that we are built. Machines. And we work our minds like it's some sort of gadget but we forget that unlike any other machinery product, it can't be -serviced. There isn't an expiry date to it neither is there a button that resets.
So, maybe what you are waiting for is the downpour. Just know that with each downpour, the clouds will part. Maybe, what you are searching for is the nearest exit out of your mind and the grandest entrance into your heart. Well, know that it was never locked.
Word for the day: faith.
A lil' heads up; I won't be around for the next 8 days! :) Well, at least not around the blogsphere lah. :b
