One Way Mirror.

The scorching sun pierces his skin like pricks of a million tiny needles. He races to the nearest tree and sat himself under an umbrella of leaves. But still, he paced around the empty grounds, anywhere but beneath the cool shade. He found comfort in the stinging of the summer sunshine against his sweet olive skin. Anything feels better than the splint of glass making its way through the flesh of his heart. An excrutiating pain that no branches, no leaves, no cool breeze, could relieve the ache. Finally, he ends the conversation and held onto his phone tightly. With all five fingers wrapped around it, he silently wished that he could strangle and suffocate it. But really; what he wanted was to suffocate the life out of the conversation which he would never forget.

The glass remains, but at least the sun is starting to set.

4 more days till I embrace nothingness. :) Well, at least the nothingness of exams and uni but in the arms of fully enjoying the fullness of h-o-l-i-d-a-y! :D
